Growing up in a fatherless home and struggling in high school and college with a speech impediment, Dr. Jones would later spend a year in Finland playing professional basketball. It was there when he would discover a deeper purpose for his life. After returning to the states, he entered the education arena as a student (by completing a Master's degree and Ph.d) and as an employee as an assistant basketball coach, Asst. dean, Dean, and currently Vice President of Student Affairs at Jones County Junior College. He is also an Ordained Minister.

Today, he shares stories, lessons and the type of motivation that sparked his deeper purpose for his work and strategies that has enhanced his performance over the years with organizations of all kinds. But more importantly, he's excited about working with organizations to help them develop partnerships for greater profits. Dr. Jones delivers more than 75 Life Changing keynotes and seminars each year and he's the author of 3 books.
