Biography

Steve Rizzo, affectionately known as the "Attitude Adjuster," provides the skills your group needs to get to a better place at work and in life. One of the funniest people on the planet...yes really...this former stand-up comedian takes motivation and confidence building to a whole new level. Poignant and downright hilarious, Rizzo`s presentations are informative, and memorable.

Once a national headliner with opening acts like Drew Carey, Rosie O`Donnell, and Dennis Miller...a "Showtime Comedy All-Star" who appeared on many TV shows... Steve Rizzo walked away from all this so he could impact people in a more positive way. As Rizzo`s friend and fellow comic Drew Carey says, "He used to be a stand-up comic but now he is a speaker who is inspiring people all over the world."

Raised in a tough neighborhood in New York, Rizzo was told by a guidance counselor that he didn`t have the intelligence for college. Saddled with the dubious honor of "Least Likely to Succeed," he didn`t give himself much of a chance to emerge as anything special, much less a teacher, world-class comedian and Hall Of Fame Speaker. After high school Rizzo surprised everyone, including himself, by excelling with honors at the university and post-graduate levels, achieving his Masters in Theater Arts. He even taught at his old high school, proving once and for all that guidance counselors are not fortune-tellers.

Perhaps the most unexpected aspect of Rizzo`s stand-up career was the stellar degree of success he achieved as a performer, sharing the stage with Jerry Seinfeld, Rodney Dangerfield, Eddie Murphy and Ellen DeGeneres.

Rizzo has spent much of his life learning how to pursue and achieve his own definition of success. Luckily for audiences worldwide, that definition has evolved to include showing others his blueprint for realizing their dreams and achieving personal excellence and professional satisfaction.
