Steve Farber is the president of Extreme Leadership, Incorporated, an organization devoted to the cultivation and development of Extreme Leaders in the business community. His latest book, Greater Than Yourself: The Ultimate Lesson in Leadership, was a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller. His second book, The Radical Edge: Stoke Your Business, Amp Your Life, and Change the World, was hailed as "a playbook for harnessing the power of the human spirit." In 1989, after having run his own financial services company, Farber devoted his professional life to the field of leadership development and has been at it ever since. In 2000, Steve established his own company, Extreme Leadership, Inc, where he is president and CEO. He is also the co-founding director of The Center for Social Profit Leadership, a non-profit organization formed to serve the leadership development needs of social entrepreneurs, and he sits on the Board of Directors of the world-renown program, Up With People, a global leadership program for students from 18 to 29 years old.
