Dr. Sondra Thiederman has some 15 years experience as a speaker, trainer, and author on the topic of cultural diversity. Her goal is to help professionals function more successfully in our increasingly multicultural environment.

Since receiving her doctorate from UCLA, Sondra’s client list has ranged from such Fortune 500 firms as Marriott Corporation, Rockwell International, and Bank of America to noted organizations including The California Restaurant Association, Foodmaker, Inc., and the American Management Association. A member of the National Speakers Association, she has been widely featured in the media including recent mentions in Nation’s Business, U.S. News and World Report. and The New York Times. She has published in professional journals ranging from Personnel Journal to Western City, and is the author of two books on the topic of cultural diversity.
