SPEAKER will bring 2 laptop computers: One to run the program / One as a back-up. SPEAKER will also bring a wireless remote for his computers. CLIENT to provide the following at the program: A wireless clip-on microphone. LCD Projector or multiple projectors depending on size of group. Large screen(s) to project LCD projector(s). Table for the two computers (no further than 20 feet from the stage - preferably right by where he will be speaking.) At the table for the computers there needs to be a power cord with a multiple plug power strip attached, the LCD projector hook-up wire to the computer, and the switcher box for two computers if available. SPEAKER will not be running audio from the computer - only PowerPoint. *Note: Computers cannot be at the back of the room because RF wireless remotes operate best no further than 100 feet from the computer.
