Biography

Kevin Patrick Skinner, 35 is a singer/songwriter born and raised in western Kentucky, where country is a way of life. He picked up the guitar at age 12 and has never put it down. Kevin Skinner quickly realized that conveying his feelings through his songs was a very special gift. Kevin, his sister Jennifer, and his brother Rodney played in a band called Skinner and Friends. Kevin believes that music is a powerful potion and believes that winning "America's Got Talent" was a great gift, but just being a part of the show was something that he will never forget. Kevin Skinner's Southern charm and stories of being a chicken catcher immediately drew smiles from the judges and audience. But Kevin Skinner's performance is what held everybody's attention.
