AV Needs

SPEAKER will provide his laptop; a Compaq M300 with VGA output.

CLIENT will provide:
ProPresenter infrared transmitter/receiver is used to operate slideshow, which is Microsoft PowerPoint Version 7.0.

1. The projector/monitor must be capable of supporting 800x600 resolution, 256 colors up to 1024x768, 16 bit color.

2. Wireless lavaliere microphone.

3. Small table to place his laptop on - - about the size of an endtable.

4. Please supply several cans of chilled/ice cold Diet Coke, which he can sip during his presentation.

5. If possible, a digital clock display, easily visible to the speaker, to assist in the
pacing of the presentation - - to make sure he gets all content covered on time.

6. Spotlight on speaker preferred, but not essential. Spotlight does not need to be behind a podium, and does not need to follow him, but please be aware that Don will move about the stage throughout his presentation
