Jon Wolske is passionate about service, and rock and roll. Jon has worked in customer service, sales, training, manufacturing and show production before finding a home for over 9 years at online retailer and culture/service leader Zappos.com. After starting in the Customer Loyalty Team and a brief stint with the Zappos New Hire Training team, Jon joined Zappos Insights to create a tour experience for visitors. In a little over a year's time, Zappos tours were averaging over 1300 guests who came to see the Zappos culture in action each month. Sharing the WOW was natural and Jon found his next step as a speaker and culture evangelist for the brand.
Jon has facilitated training events with executives, managers and team members from a wide range of industries and companies who have come to the Las Vegas headquarters to experience the Zappos WOW.
