Johnny discusses the critical role of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) play in the modern Olympics. Team USA has sleeker, faster bobsleds that were developed by BMW engineers. Special suits and helmets are designed to provide safety, optimal body cooling/heating, and aerodynamic qualities.

This educational message will encourage the audience to explore careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) by demonstrating how those careers are critical to all kinds of interesting applications, including the Olympics.

As a United States Olympian and former professional football, I have studied and acquired knowledge from some of the brightest minds. Faith / Christianity
When you live in The Bible Belt there seems to be a church on every street corner. I grew up in church and as a young kid, and made an authentic decision to accept Jesus as my Savior. During my journey through high school, college and professional sports I became blinded by success and my perspective began to shift. It wasn't until my career crumbled and came crashing down, that I learned first hand what Jesus talks about in Matthew 7:24-27. I had an Identity Crisis.

The audience will witness a beautiful story of God's perfect grace and rescue, and what God says about His creation.

Dream Big, Again!
Motivation / Inspiration
I grew up playing Texas High School Football and my dream was to one day play in the NFL. That dream came true at 22 years old, but by age 26, I had been cut three times, lost $2.6 million dollars in NFL contracts and blew out my knee (torn ACL and meniscus). With my first dream clearly dead…I had to embrace change, stare fear in the face and learn how to dream BIG again! I began a new career as a bobsledder for Team USA. In professional sports, they call age 30 old, but it was at this point I became a United States Olympian! I competed in the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia and traveled the world with Team USA competing in Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Russia and Switzerland. Only three people have played in the NFL and competed in the Winter Olympics.

This powerful message engages the audience to think outside of the box to accomplish their dreams, anticipate unexpected opportunities and understand that failure is not fatal; rather a springboard to success.

They showed me how to break down a door the right way with a battering ram!

This interactive presentation will guide the audience through the "ins and outs" of social media responsibility and how to use their digital platform to their advantage. We will look at, and dissect, industry leaders and "the flops" when it comes to posting online content. It is important to understand that what people and brands post online today can, and will, affect their relationship with clients and customers.
