Our speaker is an author, businessman and international platform and television personality. You may have seen his nationally broadcast program, "Just Say YES! A Step Up To Success!" hosted by baseball Hall of Famer, Jim Palmer. He is one of the youngest members ever elected to Speakers Roundtable – a small group of the nation’s top business speakers, considered by many to be the best in the world.

He has entertained, educated and inspired audiences in 49 states and 13 countries. For more than twelve years, over two million people watched him every week on television as a broadcast journalist and commentator.

He is a recipient of the "Council of Peers Award of Excellence" the "Oscar"™ of the professional speaking industry. He is a member of the "Professional Speaker’s Hall of Fame," an honor that has been presented to about on hundred of the top communicators in the world – Ronald Reagan, Zig Ziglar and Norman Vincent Peale to name a few.

He has served on the Board of Directors of the National Safety Council, the Advisory Council of Vocational Education and was the Chairman of the official Bicentennial project for his home state of Indiana. He has been named to "Who’s Who Among American’s Emerging Leaders," and as one of the "Outstanding Young Men in America."

He is president of the McKain Performance Group, based in Del Mar, California; a company dedicated to improving personal and professional performance and is currently working on his latest book, "ALL Business is Show Business!"

He was personally selected by Arnold Schwarzenegger to be the emcee and speaker for the "Great American Workout" held on the White House lawn. He has interviewed some of the nation’s top celebrities on the essence and secrets of success – people like Tom Hanks, Meryl Streep, Bruce Willis and Jim Carey.
