Philip Steffen

Biography

When you want solutions and results from a speaker, nothing substitutes for over 30 years of "real world" business expertise. Having delivered over 2000 presentations on four continents, Phil has been an educator, a record-breaking salesperson (he was #1 in the world with one company), a management executive and CEO of two companies he founded. His knowledge of people, cultures, current world events and business practices will provide your audience information they can profitably use, where it counts most ... on the bottom line. For the past twenty years, Phil has averaged an astounding 9.6 out of a possible 10 on the handwritten evaluations filled out by his clients. Companies and associations across the U.S. and Canada, and as far way as Australia, New Zealand, China, United Kingdom, Norway, Pakistan, Malaysia and Japan use his services. He formed his first business, Steffen Associates, in 1976. In 1987, he established The Bottom Line Group, an international consulting firm. Phil has authored one book, "Philosophies, Phacts and Phunnies", and is working on another. He has appeared on the same programs with such luminaries as Zig Ziglar, Lady Margaret Thatcher, George Will, Dr. Alan Greenspan, John Wooden, Tom Hopkins, Nancy Austin, Gen. Norman Schwartzkopf, Lou Holtz, Hon. Andrew Young and Tom Peters. Phil is a member of numerous professional societies and has served as a manager for several youth soccer clubs. He also served five years as an administrator for the United States Youth Soccer Association "Olympic Development Program."
