Biography

No authority has the experience of building a teamwork culture and groundbreaking models for business like Pat Richie. He has even been awarded Super Bowl Rings for his speaking and consulting. Pat now speaks and consults on "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" based on the New York Times best-selling book by his colleague Patrick Lencioni.

The results have been phenomenal. From corporate leaders like Genentech, Ardent Health, ATT, Bank of America, WellPoint, ITT, and General Dynamics to sports leaders like the University of Texas, Notre Dame, ESPN and the Orlando Magic -- Pat Richie has made a marked difference.

He is a principal consultant at the Table Group, a consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders in business reach higher levels of effectiveness and success. For over 25 years, Pat has been teaching on the subjects of teamwork, leadership and business ethics to corporate presidents, team owners, national broadcasters, star athletes, and college educators. Pat Richie has been quoted by: The New York Times, Sports Illustrated, USA Today, Fox Sports, the BBC and GQ Magazine. He is the author of two books: Wisdom for Busy Leaders and Wisdom for the Busy SportsLeader.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Advertising from Minnesota State University at Moorhead. His graduate studies were at North Park Theological Seminary.

He and his wife are the parents of three adult children. They live near Houston, and are members of The Fellowship of the Woodlands Church.
