Mary Jo Paloranta is a nationally recognized keynote speaker, seminar leader, and business consultant. An alumna of the College of St. Scholastica, Paloranta has more than 20 years experience in business and employee development. Prior to establishing her own consulting firm, she served as the Vice President of STAFF - PLUS. There she founded the training division and developed the highly acclaimed seminars, "A Reflection of You" and "A Winning Performance."
