Jim Pancero Keynote Fee: $8,500 * *Fee Note Jim Pancero Travels From: MN |
Wireless lavaliere microphone. Only needed if you expect over 50 attendees or for an unusually large room
LCD Computer Projector. (Minimum of 1000 Lumens) Jim uses advanced computer software to enhance his presentation for your team.
Oversized projection screen. Jim prefers to use computer projection software for all of his presentations. An oversized screen makes the projected images easier to read, resulting in better retention.
Low Lighting. Due to the computer projection, it is best to have the lighting around the screen area dimmed, while maintaining full house lights during the program. Note: Fluorescent lighting is not compatible with computer projection, unless using rear screen projection.
Overhead projector on a table in the front of the room. Necessary only If attendance is over 150, the overhead projector serves as a "large flip chart" to help answer attendee questions. This table will also be used to hold Jim's computer and computer projector.
2 Flip charts (for attendance under 150).
A stool (for programs longer than 2 hours).
No risers or platform are needed. Jim is tall and risers or platforms tend to squeak, which is a distraction when he walks across the platform.
Extra room in front. Due to Jim's height he prefers to have extra room up front. We request you remove the first row of tables (first two rows if seating "theater" style). This will allow Jim to move around the front of the room comfortably without towering over the first few rows of your attendees.
