Biography

Jim Jorgensen is a nationally known radio host specializing in personal finance and retirement. He is the best-selling author of six personal finance books, including The Graying of America. Simon & Schuster published his previous book; It`s Never Too Late To Get Rich. His newest book A New Way to Save for Retirement outlines how your retirement will change. Drawing on his 7 books on personal finance, his 35-years on radio and Wall Street, he tells how to take action now!

Jim has been a daily radio host on WOR in New York in the 80s, KGO, ABC in San Francisco and syndicated nationally as host of Jim Jorgensen on Money in the 90s. The broadcasts were also heard on the internet, archived and downloaded to I Pods and as featured presenter on WallSt.Net. Over the years he`s been a guest on national broadcasts from New York, such as CNN, CNBC and syndicated radio.

Jim is the editor of the weekly e-newsletter The Financial Savvy Report. The Report also includes inside news and segments from Jim`s nationally distributed podcasts.

Jim draws on his experience of thirty years on Wall Street, his in-depth knowledge of issues of personal finance and investments, and what he hears from his contacts in Washington and New York to keep his readers and listeners abreast of the market.
