Biography

Janelle Brittain can empathize with you. She felt especially challenged during a change for the worse: a downturn period in her computer-sales career. Frustration with all of the popular training courses led her on a search for some new approaches. 

What she discovered were methods to increase her thinking, flexibility and communication capabilities, giving her more control in challenging situations. By practicing these techniques, her performance skyrocketed! She became the top Sales Rep in her Division at XEROX every single month for an entire year. 

As she shared these techniques with others in positions as diverse as executives to support and technical staff, they all experienced the same excellent results. This success motivated Janelle to establish the Dynamic Performance Institute so she could share these skills with everyone. 

Janelle Brittain is an internationally recognized public speaker, trainer and consultant with more than 25 years of business experience in training, communications, marketing, sales and management. Her mission, through DPI, is to equip businesspeople with the skills they need to excel amidst shifting paradigms. Since founding the Institute, she has shared her techniques with thousands of people throughout the world.
