Biography

Ian inspires individuals, corporations and associations to discover their Peak Purpose™ and come face to face with their full potential. No matter what the industry, it is ‘purpose’ that drives passion, performance and profitability. His presentations are always customized to the specific audience and event theme. Ian’s a registered organizational psychologist and highly respected author. Book titles include Going Deep, the breakthrough book on leadership; the inspirational and universally acclaimed 11 Commandments for an Enthusiastic Team; and his newest The Profitable Power of Purpose, describing how corporate vision can be your ultimate competitive weapon. He’s also a columnist on performance improvement for Human Capital magazine read by over 40,000 HR leaders and writes regularly for RetailWire a leading online resource for the retail world. Ian has the very rare distinction of being inducted into both the US and Canadian Speaker Halls of Fame.   

He’s a Canadian now living in Scottsdale, Arizona where he’s an avid horseman, occasional golfer and active supporter of the United Way.
