Biography

Ian’s a registered organizational psychologist and highly respected author. He’s also a columnist on performance improvement for Human Capital magazine read by over 40,000 HR leaders and writes regularly for RetailWire a leading online resource for the retail world. He’s a Canadian now living in Scottsdale, Arizona where he’s an avid horseman, occasional golfer and active supporter of the United Way.
