George Campbell aka Joe Malarkey Keynote Fee: $7,500 * *Fee Note George Campbell aka Joe Malarkey Travels From: OK |
Microphone: George (Joe) needs a wireless lavaliere microphone. His second choice is a wired lavaliere microphone with a fifty foot cord. (Being restricted to a podium with attached microphone, or using a handheld microphone, negatively affects the show.)
Stage Table: Joe needs a small table or chair, on stage, to set the props used in the show. A chair works, but a table looks nicer.
Platform: For groups of fifty or more, a raised platform (stage) is preferable. Joe Malarkey is very visual and an elevated platform improves sight lines and enjoyment for everyone.
Introduction: NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE TO THE INTRODUCTION WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM JOE!!!!!!! Through painful (and we do mean painful) trial and error, we have come up with an introduction that does an excellent job of setting the right tone for the show. Please ask whoever is doing the introduction to rehearse it and read it word for word. Please no ad-libbing! A bad introduction can ruin a good meeting. A good introduction will set the stage for a great show.
Program or Promotion notes: To avoid confusion, in the printed program, agenda and promotional materials, its best to use the name "Joe Malarkey" as the speaker. The topic can be "Choose to Lose." Program blurbs can be provided.
Banquet Meetings: If Joes presentation follows a meal, he will NOT begin speaking until the meal is finished and the servers have left the room. Otherwise, half your attendees will have their back to him (not good) and all of them will be unable to laugh because their mouths are full (also not good).
