If one word had to be chosen to describe our speaker, it would most certainly be...qualified.
Dr. Robert Payne is a native of Georgia. He attended Duke University for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees, and Georgetown University for his Ph.D.
Dr. Payne is presently serving as special advisor and consultant to the president’s council on economic development in Washington, DC.
Dr. Payne’s unique ability in dealing with the federal government led him to being named to the Bush-Clinton transition team.
Today, Dr. Payne will share with us some of his latest findings that should prove of interest to everyone as we all try to explore creative ways in dealing with current economic trends.
