His professional background began with a 12 year career at IBM with assignments in sales, sales training, customer service, manufacturing and ultimately as IBM's National Speaker. As a trainer with the world's largest seminar companies, Jones led high-impact workshops throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. Since then, Jones has served as a faculty member for Fred Pryor Seminars, CareerTrack, the Tom Peters Group and Lakewood Publications.
