Biography

Dr. Dygert's programs and seminars offer more than abstract theories. Charles Dygert began his career in industry as a Tool & Die Maker for General Motors while working on his bachelors degree. He later earned his Masters & Doctorate in Industrial Management/Training at the Ohio State University where he served on the faculty for 20 years. During the later 7 years of his university tenure, Charles worked as an economic developer with Ohio's governor and over 300 firms worldwide. This unique combination of experiences blend well to offer clients information that will enhance motivation and productivity long after the presentation is over. Charles Dygert's delivery is professional yet, his unique style involves the audience. Dr Dygert listens to his client's needs and delivers programs that are filled with concise, useable information. His high energy style inspires individuals to seek higher levels of accomplishment and increased consistency with organizational and company goals. Having spoken to 2500 groups in all 50 states, Canada, Europe, Japan and the West Indies, Charles Dygert has acquired a broad knowledge and experience in helping organizations reach their objectives. This experience enables Dr. Dygert to offer clients careful analysis, forecasting, preparation, and a professional approach to increasing productivity and goal directed efficiency. He is a past president of the Ohio Speakers Forum and a former member of the Board of the 3500 member National Speakers Association. He is only one of 195 members of that organization to have received his Certified Speaking Professional designation.
