AV Needs

The following items are to be supplied by the CLIENT at least one hour prior to the performance for set-up:

One 8 foot school room table or standard 6 foot table. Table should be skirted.
One flip chart with easel and markers.
One large empty dinner plate.
One inexpensive item with the company logo on it, such as a t-shirt , cap, mug, etc.

STAGING
If the audience size exceeds 80 people, it is recommended that there is a riser at least 8 feet deep and 12 feet long. The riser should be at least 1 foot high.
If the audience exceeds 350 people, the stage should be at least 12 feet deep and 16 feet wide. The stage should be at least 2 feet high.

SOUND
One wireless lavaliere microphone.
One hard wired standing microphone (preferably with round base).
One CD player hooked into house sound system set up across the room from the stage.
One sound technician.

LIGHTING
No special lighting is needed if the stage is easily viewed with the house lights up. However, if it is a dark room, a general stage wash is suggested. A spotlight is not needed.

OTHER
To insure the most intimate show, the banquet tables should be set up as close.
