Biography

Benjamin Zander has been the conductor of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra since its formation eighteen years ago. He is also the conductor of Boston's renowned Youth Philharmonic Orchestra. In recent years, Zander has become a much sought after corporate lecturer, bringing managers and CEOs a conductor's insight into leadership, creativity, coaching, and teamwork.
