Your Health, Your Responsibility!
(aka Healthy Living: Your Links to Personal and Professional Success!)
Todd gives an energy-packed presentation designed to educate and motivate audiences about the power of prevention. You`ll learn exactly what is needed in terms of exercise, diet, and supplementation to maximize your health AND you`ll be surprised to learn it`s not nearly as tough as you might expect. This presentation is perfect as a keynote speech or as a motivational tool for anyone interested in taking charge of their health.
Corporate Wellness Pays Big Dividends!
With the increasing rate of obesity and the escalating cost of health care corporations cannot afford to sit back and wait. In this presentation, Todd explains how employees and employers can (and must) work together to impact not only the waist line, but the bottom-line as well. From reduced medical costs, increased productivity and lower absenteeism, this information can ultimately save your organization hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The ABC`s of Supplementation
If you eat a healthy diet do you still need to take vitamins and minerals? The answer is yes!, but with hundreds of companies and thousands of choices where do you start? In this presentation , Todd will help separate fact from fiction and explain, in very understandable terms, what the scientific research says about supplementation.
Exercise for Life!
(aka Survival of the Fittest!)
With a background in kinesiology and as a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, Todd is a firm believer that in order to enjoy life to the fullest we need to move. The question is how much is enough and how much is too much? Utilizing data from the world recognized Cooper Research Institute you`ll understand why you don`t need to run a marathon or climb a mountain in order to receive tremendous benefits.
Building a Better Brain
The brain is the most complicated and metabolically active organ in the body. New research shows there are now plenty of things we can do to make sure that our brain doesn`t wear out before our body does. Todd explains in simple terms the steps we can all take to help "sharpen the saw" and reduce the odds of Alzheimer`s, depression, ADD-ADHD, etc.
