BOUNCE!
Life sometimes throws us a crises which we neither expect, or have the know how to deal with. It is in these challenging times we are asked to confront challenging mindsets and emotions, overcoming new fears, and allowing our true inner strength to emerge.
When everything is crashing around us, we are asked to identify who we really are and rebuild our lives through re-evaluating what we believe to be truly important. In crises situation we often feel clouded in our thinking and unable to gain clarity around what steps we need to make, in order to `Bounce Forward`.
Sam`s `Bounce` presentation, focuses on encouraging audiences, to learn how to find the light at the end of the tunnel, through determining what really counts and what decisions need to be made in order to recover from a crises stronger ,wiser and greater than before.
THE POWER OF POSITIVE PERCEPTION
Our perception of the world around us has the ability to open up new horizons or blind us from opportunities that come our way. The way we see our world and create our reality, is determined by our choice to allow negative self talk to control our destiny or to live with a positive mindset embracing opportunities unique to who we are. Opportunity is everywhere - but what we choose to see creates the life we choose to live.
In this session, Sam Cawthorn shares the keys to keeping an open mind in developing `opportunistic vision`. His interactive style explores how to think creatively around negative issues that may be inhibiting positive outcomes.
BUILDING THE BRIDGE
At one time or another we have all heard the phrase `Get Over It` yet when faced with a crises we require specific tools to build our bridge and move forward. Taking responsibility for overcoming these hurdles requires the skills to make the right decisions and lay the right foundations.
In this presentation, Sam discusses the tools to effective decision making in times of change. He teaches the skills to overcome personal judgements that create roadblocks in adapting a positive attitude and mindset. In Sam`s own words overcoming personal challenges `is easier said than done`, yet with the skills in place to identify the issues and break through the barriers we all have the capacity to find the answers.
THE WINNING ATTITUDE
On the stairway to recovery having the right attitude is paramount to success. Sometimes in life it is not what you know, but who you are that determines your ability to create a positive life full of opportunity, even when all seems lost.
In this session, Sam identifies the true meaning of attitude, and teaches the skills required to make changes to our approach to life. `Positivity is King` and if we learn how to channel this energy we enable our mind and emotions to deal with any challenge that may come our way.
"Is attitude something we are born with, or a choice that we make?"
