Dr. Gary Bradt is a change and leadership speaker and author who helps organizations turn change and tough times into opportunity. His wide ranging experience includes helping companies adapt to new technologies and government regulations; inspiring innovative thinking as industries consolidate; helping employees quickly adapt to major shifts driven by mergers, acquisitions or reorganizations; and getting customers and employees alike to embrace a new product or service line.

Dr. Bradt earned his BA in psychology from Duquesne, University in Pittsburgh, PA and his doctorate in clinical psychology from Hahnemann University and Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He currently serves as President of Bradt Leadership, Inc. a leadership-consulting firm he co-founded with his wife Dr. Peggy Bradt in 1993.

He resides in North Carolina with his wife Peggy and their two children.
