General William "Bill" Looney understands this and, more importantly, knows how to create this environment. Through his 40-year career he lead more organizations than any other Air Force General, past or present. From his days as the top cadet at the Air Force Academy to his final command as a 4 Star General, he has mastered the art of leadership.

In his first command, he took the worst fighter squadron in the USAF to the top squadron by the end of his tour. With every follow-on command, his units consistently set new records for performance and achievement. General Looney commanded and led over 12 units during peace and war... his leadership skills were forged in times of crisis and combat.
